Year.
I was asked that question in a job interview and I wasn't too sure how to answer it.
I understand that it can change from business to business but what would be some general %26quot;professional%26quot; principles a company would need to follow to succeed?
I guess they have put the coming year in there to refer to near future rather than implying the current events that are happening in the world?

What do you believe are the key business principles a company will need to follow for success in the coming...
Some of which could be:
* Making sure that the Human Resource selection functions meet the objective of company growth through qualified, ethical and productive employees who would carry out their tasks efficiently.
* Aim to manage and nurture the propriety rights, integrity and reputation of the organizations clients.
* Contribute to the development of the workforce in all areas through self-directed study, training and education.
* Firmly adhering to the mission, vision and goals of the company.
