What do you think of a poor country that tries to become wealthy by changing their form of government?

There aren't many natural resources like oil, no tourist attraction, not many businesses or much investment. Such countries exist all across the world, like in Africa. But over and over, the government is blamed. A revolution takes place in the hopes of getting better results.... what do you think of this?
What do you think of a poor country that tries to become wealthy by changing their form of government?
I think...good for them. Especially in Africa, it is the fault of their government. Mugabe's genocide of white farmers has created a famine in Zimbabwe (now the UN is bailing his @ss out....go figure), Kenya's government is a pathological kleptocracy that steals everything it's people make; Kenyans are about the hardest-working people you can find, and they do really well when they get the hell away from their government, South Africa's wealth and natural resources is always at a tipping point with increasingly worse government decisions.

What do you think of a poor country that tries to become wealthy by changing their form of government?
It is better than what we are doing, changing our government to be a poor country thanks to barry %26amp; company.
If the people change the government in a civil manner, like holding elections, then the people get what they deserve, in a fair election, but otherwise the people are unfairly taxed, exploited and essentially persecuted.
