We are trying to meet our goals before its too late ,in the next two years we will be 30,and i don't think we will live comfertably and meet these goals with only one income .she is a professional woman and being away from this society for long periods will change her status since the world of business is changing every day. We have two kids an 8yr old and the 9mth old, and I am in the Navy.

Ok I'm a little confused by your information. Why would staying home with her kids change her status in the business world? It will possibly be hard for her to transition back to working woman but if she was a good business woman to begin with there should be no problem. Only you 2 as a couple can decide when its appropriate for her to go back to work. But it sounds like you are the only one that wants her to go back to work. Nowhere in there did you mention that you had talked to your wife about it and it was a mutualy agreed upon decision. Talk to you wife about it, don't let us decide what to do with your life.
