It was a fight for number one as London an New York have the greatest economies in the world, and are business centres but London is a cleaner and more attractive city with much more history so i placed it at number one. Oh and the fact that it won the 2012 olympics and has held the olympics more than any other city or country, so it seemed fair. Paris and Tokyo are equal I think. Paris is a beautiful city, but has had very little change in many years so its not quite on par with 1 and 2. I placed Berlin in there as Germany is one of the richest nations in the world so i felt it was only fair (though others will beg to differ). I considered Beijing, maybe in a few years but not yet. Oh I also thought that Mumbai deserved to be up there, but maybe not top 10. Ok ill shush...

paris has changed a lot... but the tourists still like the cliches about the city. but you should go visit.

I think London is a dump. Pretty much Paris too. Hong Kong used to be exciting, it's very quiet now.
