So, does T-Mobile offer world-wide Wi-Fi, or no?

I was looking at T-Mobile's service plans, and they all say %26quot;Unlimited NATIONAL.%26quot; So, does this mean you can only use it in the States (or whatever country you're signed up in)? Cause, I was looking for a plan in which I can use the hotspots all over the world, without having to deal with changing plans and all that. A plan for international business people or something. Does such a thing exist, or is it merely a farce of an %26quot;international plan%26quot; fraught with roaming charges and such?
So, does T-Mobile offer world-wide Wi-Fi, or no?
Basically speaking, the answer is no. You'd be better off buying a 1 hour wifi connection for 3 dollars at the coffee shop wherever you are than pay 18 cents a minute.
